Saiter three-in-one DC charging pile tester ST-HCDC-EA/UA/CA is a combination of American standardsEuropean standard, Japanese standard test function in a powerful testing equipment. It is mainly applied to on-site third-party testing and product acceptance function verification of off-board conductive chargers for electric vehicles. It is also applicable to laboratory testing by third-party testing institutions developed by off-board charger manufacturers. It can also be widely used by charging facility manufacturers to conduct preliminary research and development, debugging, factory testing, and laboratory testing by off-board charger purchasers and testing units for off-board conductive chargers for electric vehicles.

Interoperability testing and communication protocol conformance testing: ST-HCDC-EA/UA/CA supports the interoperability specification testing and communication protocol conformance testing of electric vehicle DC charging piles (machines), and generates test reports.

Equipped with RS232 connected computer equipment, optional multi-channel high-precision high-speed waveform acquisition module, used to collect charging voltage, current, pilot signal, etc., to meet the needs of equipment mutual operation test. Optional 0.05-level verification test items can complete the 0.05-level metrological verification test function.

Vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function, real simulation of vehicle charging process; support charging voltage, current, power, status display, charging timing diagram display; support EVCC parameter setting, EVSE parameter display, message cycle setting.

It can simulate the battery voltage to test the battery compatibility of the charging pile: it has a special calibration terminal and can be verified by various methods; it is equipped with a high-power output load interface to facilitate the connection of load equipment; in addition, its vehicle control guide circuit simulation function can truly simulate the vehicle charging process.

It can meet the needs of laboratory testing, is convenient to be placed in the laboratory cabinet, and reasonably occupies space while completing the test. In order to meet the laboratory test standards, the overall structure is stable and the anti-interference ability is strong.
