Saiter Electric Vehicle DC Charging Interface Analog Device ST-HCDC-ChaoJi,It is a detection device specially used for the off-board conductive charger of electric vehicles. It is specially applied to on-site third-party testing and product acceptance function verification of off-board conductive chargers for electric vehicles. It is applicable to research and development by off-board charger manufacturers and laboratory testing by third-party testing institutions. It can also be widely used by charging facility manufacturers to conduct preliminary research and development debugging, factory testing, and laboratory testing by off-board charger purchasers and testing units.

The tester truly simulates the charging process and various faults, and verifies the auxiliary power supply system to avoid the problems caused by the actual vehicle detection device of electric vehicles, such as incomplete test content, inconvenient test use, time-consuming and labor-consuming charging and discharging of the vehicle power battery, and shortened battery life caused by frequent charging.

The communication protocol is developed based on GB/T27930-XXXX, and the device is equipped with CAN communication simulation module, which can simulate BMS editable messages of high-power charging vehicles to simulate various vehicle working conditions to test the response state of charging piles, so as to realize the consistency and interoperability of high-power charging protocols.

With insulation fault simulation function (resistance 8-gear adjustable) can be used for insulation monitoring function test; vehicle control pilot circuit simulation function, real simulation of vehicle charging process, resistance adjustment range, flexible adjustment. Built-in battery voltage simulator, voltage simulation range 10V ~ 1500V, maximum current 20mA, can be adjusted by the upper computer software voltage output range.

The built-in 1000A high-precision Hall transformer is equipped with a voltage-type test interface, which can be verified by various methods. It is equipped with a high-power output load gun holder, which is convenient for quick connection of load equipment and improves the use efficiency.

R4, R4' resistance simulation function, pull-up voltage U2 simulation function, fully simulate the ChaoJi charging system control guidance function. Charging control guide test device, real-time acquisition of temperature and other values; In addition, the equipment is also equipped with a 4mm standard safety acquisition interface, which can realize real-time signal acquisition functions of DC, DC-, PES, S-, CC1 and CC2 circuits.

It can meet the needs of laboratory testing, is convenient to be placed in the laboratory cabinet, and reasonably occupies space while completing the test. In order to meet the laboratory test standards, the overall structure is stable and the anti-interference ability is strong.
