Saite AST9000 is a highly integrated integrated test system for off-board chargers for electric vehicles,It is mainly used for debugging and functional verification of DC charging pile products. It is developed based on the national standard protocol GBT 27930-2015,NB/T33008.1-2018, etc., based on the European standard protocol IEC61851-1 development, and based on the American standard protocol SAE J1772-2017 development. Suitable for off-board charger manufacturers, can be widely used in charging facilities manufacturers, power departments, units of measurement at all levels of electric vehicle DC charging pile, pre-development debugging, factory testing, etc. The charger test system mainly includes AST9000 test system, program-controlled resistance load, program-controlled AC source, configuration system software, etc.

Built-in battery voltage simulation device, the range of DC OV-1100V, customers can be set according to actual needs to meet the charging pile starting voltage simulation function;

It shall be equipped with the vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function, simulate the communication between BMS and charger, and identify the handshake, parameter configuration, charging stage, and the message of each stage after charging;

With electric vehicle charging simulation circuit, with insulation fault simulation function, insulation monitoring function;

It integrates charging interface simulator, battery voltage simulator, BMS communication simulation, CAN message acquisition module, embedded controller and other equipment, completely simulates the charging loop of electric vehicle, realizes the test by inserting gun, and avoids the complicated situation of multi-device connection before:

With power analyzer and other instruments and equipment acquisition, accurate recording of test data, the upper computer is simple to operate, with message analysis function, can export test messages for charging pile working state analysis and abnormal fault diagnosis;

The system software realizes the control operation, can carry out the communication operation on the instrument and equipment, realize the automatic test, and can output the test report and record the test data after the test is completed.
