Saite AST900 is a special test system for off-board charger of electric vehicles, mainly used in DC charging pile product debugging and functional verification, based on national standard protocol GBT27930-2015,NB/T33008.1-2018 and other development, based on European standard protocol IEC61851-1 and other development, based on American standard protocol SAEJ1772-2017 development. Applicable to off-board charger manufacturers can be widely used in charging facilities manufacturers, power departments, units of measurement at all levels of electric vehicle DC charging pile, pre-development debugging, factory testing, etc. The charger test system mainly includes AST9000 test system, program-controlled resistance load, program-controlled AC source, configuration system software, etc.

Built-in battery voltage simulation device, the range of DC OV-1100V, customers can be set according to actual needs to meet the charging pile starting voltage simulation function;

It shall be equipped with the vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function, simulate the communication between BMS and charger, and identify the handshake, parameter configuration, charging stage, and the message of each stage after charging;

With electric vehicle charging simulation circuit, with insulation fault simulation function, insulation monitoring function;

The upper computer is easy to operate, and can realize the function of charging pile handshake, flushing and dropping according to the configuration stage parameter configuration function, charging stage detection, real-time message display and other functions.

With message analysis function, test messages can be exported for charging pile working status analysis and abnormal fault diagnosis;

The system software realizes the control operation, can carry out the communication operation on the instrument and equipment, realize the automatic test, and can output the test report and record the test data after the test is completed.
