Racing pile charging diagnostic instrument ST-9980T series, is a signal acquisition and diagnosis device specially used for charging between electric vehicles and AC/DC charging piles. It is developed based on the national standard protocol GB/T18487.1-2015 to meet the charging diagnosis requirements. Through this equipment diagnosis, faults and fault sources can be identified. It is suitable for off-board charger manufacturers, and can be widely used in charging facility manufacturers, power departments and measurement units at all levels to carry out preliminary research and development debugging, factory testing and on-site acceptance testing for off-board conductive chargers of electric vehicles.

Interoperability test and communication protocol conformance test: The comprehensive instrument has the functions of supporting the electric vehicle DC charging pile (machine) interoperability specification test, communication protocol conformance test, charging simulation test, etc.

Equipped with RS232 interface for equipment connection, analog AC/DC two charging piles, to provide convenient and fast service for the car to be tested on site

Equipped with DC charging pile interface circuit simulator, AC charging pile interface circuit simulator, DC power supply, with special calibration terminals, can use a variety of methods for verification; Equipped with high-power output gun line, convenient vehicle and test equipment connection.

The tester truly simulates the charging process and various faults, and the auxiliary power supply system is verified to avoid problems such as incomplete test content, inconvenient test use, time-consuming and labor-consuming charging and discharging of the charging pile, and shortened life of the charging pile caused by frequent charging.
