Saite AST-900 test system is a multi-standard AC charging pile integrated test platform,It is mainly applied to debugging test and functional verification of charging pile research and development stage. Based on national standard agreements GB/T 18487.1-2015, GB/T34657.1-2017, NB/T 33008.2-2018, European standard agreement IEC61851-23 and IEC62196-2 development, it is suitable for AC charging pile manufacturers and can be widely used in charging facility manufacturers and electric power departments for factory test and production line test, etc.

Instrument and equipment cabinet structure, and high electrical protection level, can be used in laboratory and factory testing;

The on-off switch of each contact circuit of PE, CP and CC can realize the simulation function of on-off fault state of each circuit;

With a computer display interface, it is convenient to view the real-time voltage and current of the charging pile, CP duty cycle, CP frequency, PP\CC resistance, CP voltage, allowable charging current, rated cable current, charging state and other values;

The guiding device has a built-in acquisition function with a measuring range of 100A to realize voltage and current acquisition. Prepare the high-power output load interface terminal to facilitate the connection of program-controlled resistance load and realize the program-controlled operation of the system;

The equipment includes charging pile connection confirmation test, charging phase test, charging preparation phase test, normal charging end test, switch S2 disconnection test, PE disconnection test, CP disconnection test, CP grounding test, etc;

The equipment has the function of upper computer software, which is manually assisted to realize the test of AC charging pile and complete the test project. After the test is completed, the test report can be generated to upload data, which is convenient for users to view.
